Sunny BNB has operated on the Sunshine Coast since 2016, offering complete management services to STR property owners. Over this time period we have built our business to cater for our more than eighty (80) managed properties.
2024 has seen us purchase an additional commercial property, doubling the size and scope of our operations. As such we are now offering our STR services to other Sunshine Coast multi property STR hosts.
We have more than 30 experienced workers and the ability to increase this, as we need. We offer a structured, systemised, efficient, reliable and professional service to hosting businesses from Pelican Waters to Coolum.
We all know the problems of managing and ensuring consistency and reliability. We, like you, know this and have developed our own systems and processes, to ensure we get the most with our property maintenance. We all know that proper maintenance and reliability are the cornerstones of our businesses.
What we offer:
- Large commercial warehouse and office centrally located in Warana
- Experienced workers
- A contract protecting your managements, business and privacy
- All of our workers use detailed written instructions of what is exactly to be done at every individual property. Nothing is left to chance, all is outlined as to what is required
- Our workers take photos on arrival if there is any damage, excess mess, or any other perceived problems
- If there is a problem at any property, ie guests still in attendance, rubbish, property damage, repairs required, our office will contact you immediately. If necessary you will then be sent photos of this for you to follow up on
- Our workers take from 12-50 photos on completion of every clean. This is vital as it provides documented evidence as to the state of the property after every clean
Photos taken at conclusion of the clean include:
- All Bedrooms / Lounge / Living / Dining / Media
- Kitchen
- Benches / Cupboards / Drawers / Surfaces
- Inside fridge, inside microwave, inside dishwasher, inside oven, inside air fryer
- Toilet / Bathroom
- Showers / Vanity
- Inside each toilet (yes as proof for any false guest claims to you)
- Outdoor Verandahs / Decks / Inside BBQ
- Pool (we dont clean it, but take photo for evidence of state of the pool prior to guest arrival)
- All linen for each property clean is pre-packed for our workers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
We use high quality linen from a local linen service for all services
- King / Queen / Single Sheets
- Pillow Slips
- Premium Bath Towels / Pool / Beach Towels
- Hand Towels / Bath Mats / Tea Towels
All Consumables
- Shampoo / Conditioner / Body Wash
- Dishwashing Liquid / Dishwashing Powder
- Toilet Paper
- Tea / Coffee
- Garbage bags
- Any other specific requirements that you may have
