  Amazing location, all you need for a family holiday. The facilities are great, and the location is top notch. Bring some laundry detergent, salt and pepper and coffee pods though! Some smaller touches might be nice, some kids toys or books etc.

  Amazing property and garden. Bookshelves are a true treasure chest! Really lovely balcony nestled up in the trees, perfect for a drink after day on the beach. Would highly recommend    

  A good spot to relax and enjoy the water views. An older style apartment and we were unable to use the BBQ as it had some rust on it. Comfy bed and close to the shops down at Coolum beach. Highly recommend the ice cream shop, look for the long queue !    

  Len & Julia’s place is wonderful! A stones throw from the beach, simple and relaxing. Cute little backyard great for kids and small dogs. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely head back ☀️

  The accommodation was fantastic, really great location that was close to heaps of tourist attractions and utilities. Very greatful to Len for making everything as streamlined as possible and presenting his house so nicely. Would definitely go back!    

  Beautiful home. You would never believe what the place looked like before the renovations. Very comfortable & clean - spacious & fun. Would definitely stay here again.
