  Clean and tidy but dated condition. Didn’t have any hot water. Host’s reply was thanks for sending such a thoughtful message. Went and stayed somewhere else’s that did have hot water. Wasted my money. No air conditioning should be in bold as a warning that for most of the time the unit is unbearably hot. Would stay there again wouldn’t recommend it or the host.

  Len was a great host and the apartment was perfect. We loved the location and can't wait to be back again soon.    

  Great location, clean and easy to access, restaurants right nearby, really enjoyed it.    

  although listed as 2 bathrooms, one is the toilet with a handwashing sink only the other a small bathroom with a shower. As we had 4 adults staying it was a bit tricky us all through the shower to go out.

  Great location. Our family had a lovely visit. Len provided very clear communication throughout.    

  Good location for a short walk to beach. Nice and neat home but missed the mention of being the bottom floor of two storey home with owner up stairs - not an issue this trip but it not the whole house. Still private which is good. Free use of paddle boards was appreciated by the young ones. Kitchen bit small for our extended stay but ok for one nighters. Location and the three bedrooms was the key for us. Lens response and help much appreciated.

  Accommodation is awesome. well maintained and very convenient to everything. Added to that, pool is a bonus to cool down when you don't want to go to beach.
