  Very comfortable, clean, well-presented apartment in a great location close to the beach, parks, playgrounds, cafes etc.

  Nice place to stay    

  Lens place is modern, cosy and clean. It’s close to everything and a wonderful place for small families to stay.    

  We had a great experience . The house was perfect. Everything we needed was there, it was beautifully presented and clean and the instructions from the host about the house were accurate and easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again!

  Great stay, convenient location. I was concerned being on the ground floor wouldn't be as nice as there were no views but I actually loved the convenience of access, esp when carting lots of groceries. The outside area was very spacious, it was a shame it was a bit cold to use it in July but I imagine it's lovely in the warmer months esp the barbe. The inside is thoughtfully decorated and the kitchen well equipped with all of the essentials. It was a little on the dark side because its south facing and doesn't get a lot of sun but the 2 heat pumps more then made up for it and who knows maybe in summer that would be a blessing.    

  Great house for entertaining but it is a 15 minute walk to the beach. Big house with great facilities but need 5+ people to justify cost    

  Place was lovely! Amazing location, close to everything.. The apartment was clean and very pretty. Would definitely recommend this apartment!    

  Had such an amazing weekend away at this beautiful water front home. Kids enjoyed fishing on the pontoon, kayaking & paddle boarding. The bedding was comfortable, the sheets were quality linen & towels were even provided. Thank you for being a wonderful host Len.
